Responsibility

Please check your booking confirmation carefully. Bookings are non-refundable once bought. All booked and paid for time slots are final and we cannot offer refunds for unused or partially unused time.

Goodwill - Where more than 24 hours notice is given, we may be able to reschedule your booking to another day or time (subject to availability). No shows will not be refunded or rescheduled.

It is your responsibility to make sure you and your team arrive 5 minutes before your booking time, to allow time to get yourselves checked in. The time you have booked for is the session start time, not the arrival time.

Due to our tight schedule, we need to start your session at the time booked. If you arrive later, you may have a shortened session with no partial refund.

You agree that you are making a booking that is age appropriate for the activity. Under 16 must have adult supervision.

You are responsible for all your possessions whilst at our venue. Gamefinity Ltd is not liable for any loss or damage to your possessions.

Age Restrictions

Please note, our venue is strictly over 18 years only in the bar area after 7pm

Anyone under the age of 16 years must be accompanied and actively supervised by a responsible adult at all times within the venue.
If you look under 25 years old we will ask you for ID at the bar.
Risks
All customers enter and use our facilities at their own risk. Our activities may carry a risk of minor injury (e.g slips, bumps, strains). Whilst we maintain our equipment to high safety standards, customers are responsible for using all equipment safely and appropriately. Gamefinity Ltd is not liable for any accidents, loss, injury or death caused by the misuse of equipment, unsafe behaviour or failure to follow staff instructions.
We reserve the right to charge you financially for the cost of repair or replacement of any equipment part of our venue, that is damaged due to negligence, misuse, or intentional harm.
Right to refuse service
We reserve the right to refuse entry or bookings (pre-booked and walk-ins) to anyone who is behaving inappropriately, abusive or breaking our rules. Aggressive, disrespectful or unsafe behaviour towards staff or other guests will result in immediate removal from the premises without refund.
CCTV
CCTV cameras are in operation throughout the venue for the safety and security of our customers, staff and property. Footage may be used to investigate incidents, monitor safety and assist law enforcement if required. By entering the premises you consent to being recorded on CCTV.

By making a booking or entering our premises you agree to these Terms and Conditions
